Return of the X amount of posts means... Threads

I have been going around and I have been seeing a lot of the threads saying I will ____ for ____ for each post I get threads.

Now to my memory A while back (maybe about a year?) That threads like that were no longer allowed due to post spamming.

Am I missing something or have a few just slipped under the radar?

I noticed when I was typing this that I had terrible grammar, sorry if this is confusing to follow.
