dangleing is where you feet barily touch the ground

hanging is you only feel the air

to help you out a little bit more, yes, it is when your feet kinda touch the ground. It hurts alot more becuase you try to stand on your tip toes which pulls the wedgie in more... and it also hurts your tip toes too =p
