Get the shortest pair of shorts and tear up a t shirt where it just covers your boobs. Or wearing only overall shorts cut as short as you dare. Put your hair in pigtails. Now, write on your belly, free hugs. You may only go home after giving 5 free hugs.

Go and buy a string bikini that is 2 sizes smaller than what you usually wear (the smaller the better). Now go to the beach. You can cover up until you get there but once you do you will put on a pair of sunglasses, that you have blacked out so you can't see, and lay on a towel for no less than 30 minutes for the world to see. I wonder how many people will be disgusted at your body? You'll never know.
