Really? I tried it myself and it wasn't a big deal. Burns a little, but nothing too bad. I used table salt. Maybe other kinds are more intense.

You will need
Bag of ice
Ice cubes
Shower
Rope * 2
One piece swimsuit
Bucket
Heels
Overcoat
Handbag
