Grab all your pairs of underwear and wear them for one day under your pants. Wear them in this order: thongs, briefs, panties, and boxers.
For girls, you could also wear all of your bras on one day. Just go around the day like normal.

Sounds good, girls could wear different colours, or types like bikini, g-string, and maybe commando at one time.
