Ok..thank you for that..gives me a clearer idea of what will be required.
You will be finding that as you tighten anything around your tits, it will tend to slip off the end - right?
You will need to stop it from slipping as you tighten...until the tie is a smaller diameter than the trapped flesh of your tit.
Try this...put your breast over the edge of a desk, or table...the edge should be hard up against your chest. Start the tie between your chest and edge. Use the edge to hold the tie on the underside of your breast. As you tighten you can use your hands to hold it in place on the top until you get it tight enough to stay on. With a B cup you will have to tighten quite a lot...*S*...for it to stay on. But I'm sure that you will do so!
