You'll need:
1 Hanger with clips
1 Clip with teeth
1 bucket
1 glass
Access to water

Take your hanger with clips, attach it to your nipples and take the teeth clip and place it on your clit.
Now hang in the bucket in the hanger and go to the bath room or where else you get your water from.
Take the glass and add every thirty seconds on glass of water to the bucket and count the glasses.
