This is a position I have done that is quite effective. Tie a string to your slave's balls (I do it to myself but for this purpose it is the slave), then tie the other ends to their big toes. Now, this is a common position, make the slave stand up to a knees bent position and they have to stay like that or stand up and stretch their balls. Only problem is what if they just sit down?

That's where you add in the extra element. Tie a second string to your toes, then thread it under a door, up the backside then over the top. Make sure it hangs down to where your balls will be when in your squatting position. Now, stand up, tie that off to your balls, lower yourself then take the strings on your toes for the first one, when your balls are getting pulled up to a painful point from you lowering yourself any farther, tie them off to your toes nice and tight. Now you can't go up or down and you're stuck in the predicament of squatting.

Can be adapted to strings around nipples, or clit (or to a peg on your clit) instead of balls. But lots more interesting ideas too for predicament bondage.

What about nipples (or ties around each breast) tied to a fixed point in front of you eg. table leg. On hands and knees back away from fixed point until nipples are well stretched.
