I've seen almost non existent tits bound viciously with 4 chopstick, 4 rubber bands and some rope. Don't know if I can find the vid again though.

But! Yes, I've heard of using rubber bands and chopsticks, or anything really with at least one flattened side so it won't roll. Rolling is the painful bit, or frustrating, depending on who's administering or receiving.

Although your tits would be too small to tie around, you can still tie rope around your chest instead. Just tie the rope around your tits and chest, exposing your nipples. Make it as tight as you like!
Can also do something like a Karada.

Tie a rope above and below your boobs, tie this rope together nice and tight, either side of your boobs,and between them....

Tying small breasts might be a bit difficult since you can't really wrap the rope around the breasts, but here's a technique I like to use.

Wrap a rope around your chest and back - once atop of your breasts and then below it. Now you should have two straps of the rope, one of them atop your chest, the other below it.

Take a second rope and fold it by half. Now use it to tie both straps (from earlier, below and atop your breasts) closely, right in the middle between your breasts. Make a few loops to make it secure and it should make the straps from earlier snap the your breasts from both sides.

Now take the second rope and separate both ends of it (remember, you folded it in half at the beginning) and pull each end upwards and above your shoulders. Then pull them back down and wrap them under the straps on your back.

From here you could add a tie to the shoulders or your neck if you feel like it.

If it still not enough, you could use a thin rope (folded in half) and tie another strap across your chest and back. This time, do it right on your breasts and make sure both nipples get caught between the straps. It should apply a definitive pressure against your nipples.

Hope my explanation is understandable. It's always difficult to explain these things in text. Contact me if you still didn't get the hang of it.
