100 ants, assuming they're the harmless variety and not like fire ants.

It'd suck, and I'd hate every second of it, but they're one of like a dozen insects that I'm not scared of.

Spiders top my list of fears, so that's no good. Cockroaches would be pretty high up there as well, but thankfully there's none where I live, so I don't think about them much.

Assuming they would all be of harmless variety I'd be fine with any of them so I'd take the 100 ants just because they'd give the most feeling!

Assuming the spider isn't poisonous I'd go with the spider as spiders are generally harmless. If the spider is poisonous then I'd go with the ants even if they were fire ants because the roaches would be a hard no. I know they are relatively harmless, but they just outright creep me out.

The ants are definitely the most dangerous, even the small harmless black ones. An army of ants can clean all the meat from the bones of a dead or injured small animal in one day. They will roam your body looking for the usual: a point where the skin is damaged or where the natural holes of the body make it easier for them to dismantle you: anus, urethra, ears, mouth, eyes. So 100 venomous spiders would be still safer than 10 hungry roaches or 1 rampant ant in your urethra.
