You should be wearing a chastity cage if you have one available and a diaper.
While walking you should be listening to wetting instructions/hypo the entire time. You should also bring a full bottle of water. 2. Put on a diaper and socks, take a pair of scissors, your phone, some water and a role of packaging tape (not duct tape!) with you and get to a chair with a table near by. Now, first you will tape up the waist and the leg openings of your diaper in packaging tape, as tight as possible, then sit down on the chair and tape your feet together (tape over socks). Now tape around the chair and the diapered part of your waist, so you are snug and bound.

You can only cut the tape and leave when your diaper is overflowing and pee is dribbeling down your chair. You're gonna need some cooked oatmeal, 2 bananas, some whipped cream, marshmallows, and some honey. First, you're gonna cut the bananas into quarters and shove them up your butt, a marshmallow following each piece. Once done, diaper up and then slide on some tights or spandex bottoms over the diaper.

For every 10 minutes you last, you'll roll a d6. The d6 will determine what you do at that point.

1 - Jump up and down 15 times.
2 - 5 second spray of whipped cream in the front.
3 - 20 squats.
4 - Decent squirt of honey down the front and back.
5 - Sit on your butt for 2 minutes then stand for 2.
6 - A big scoop of cooked oatmeal down the front and back.

Once you mess, your diaper should be feeling very full. You'll need to sit down in it for 30 minutes while edging through the front of it before cleaning up and satisfying needs.

Now I want you to put on and gymnastics video you like, preferably the typical 80s/90s gymnastics video. You have to follow it through and do everything as shown.

If you manage to pull through without wetting your self during the video you are free to take of the diaper and pee in the toilet. But if you do not succeed and end up wetting your self, you have to start another video and do all the gymnastics with your wet diaper on.

you gain 1 point by doing one of theses:
-make the diaper leak
-mess the diaper
-listen to 1 hour of diaper/abdl hypnosis (max 1 time a day)
-watch 1 hour of baby/little kid show (max 1 time a day)
-spending 1 hour in public(max 1 time a day)
-eating a baby food jar with your meal (max 1 time a day)
-putting a banana in the back of your diaper after a change

you LOSE 1 point by doing one of these:
-not drinking one glass of water during 2 hour (sleep doesn't count)
-changing your diaper
-you lose 1 point every 24 hour

You will have to concentrate doing the dare if you want to gan point quickly or you might be trapped in diaper for many days.

For preparation just drink a lot of whatever you like and put on a diaper of your choosing. For now there is nothing special to do, do whatever you like until your diaper is close to the point of leaking. Now go on a site like chatroulette showing your diaper and ask the people that stay there if you may change yourself and/or to give you tasks. If they give you a task within your limits do it of course. Once 5 people in there allowed you a change you may actually change yourself. If anyone from the chat denies it tho, the count begins from 0. Your goal will be to change yourself without leaking. If you manage to do that you are free, otherwise put on a diaper over your leaking one and cut slits in the inner, you are to wear it until your outer diaper leaks as well, you may only use the toilet for #2 (as per your limits).

When you're absolutely busting to pee you're gonna diaper up in double diapers with slits in the inner and pop in a suppository. Drink a litre and then for the next 3 hours you'll drink a glass of water every 15 mins. If you start to leak, cut holes in the second diaper and throw on a third.

If you want to poop, your only way is to get permission from 3 different random people on getdare, explaining the predicament beforehand. If you fail to do so in time, you'll be stuck in messy diapers a while, so better not waste time! If you do get permission, you may take off the diapers to mess before putting them back on and continuing for the rest of the time. This is where the second part comes in:

If you want out of the diapers and to end the game, your only choice is to hold your pee for a consecutive 30 minutes. If you succeed, game ends and you can pee. But if you lose, you have to keep going, up to the three hour time-bank.

Either way, if you succeed or the time is up, you may change out and finish up.
