The best - and at the same time, most hideously wrong pickup line that's been used on me and that i've used -

[person a, to person b] Pardon me, can i have a cube of ice from your glass?
If person A gives person B an ice cube, person B is to raise a finger for A's attention, then calmly drop the ice on the ground, crush it under his or her foot,look up, and introduce themselves-

"Hey. My name's Guus. Now that the ice is broken, want to fuck?"

of course, one can substitute 'dance' for 'fuck'
