Well i just completed 2 sets of Iron sissy and an extra set of Rip It. It's the 100 crunches of different styles that killed me. I also got through 3 minutes of Plank, doing them in between sets.

Only did a quick 1 mile run today - it's way too hot out and I'm still hurting from yesterday.

I'll post updated numbers at the weekend and keep chipping away as I can.

I'm glad I didn't ask for a halve/double - I don't think I'd have been able to handle a double!

Finally had some privacy so completed 200 of the busts I owed. Rate of 1 bust per second seems ideal for hitting the hardest at a comfortable pace. Balls deep red, hard, swollen, dull ache in lower stomach still lingering as i write this.

I owe another 200 (rounded up) and the 4 minutes DOOR KNOB with vibe in; I am saving that for after i finish the remaining busts.

Will probably be Sunday before i finish as we are planning a long hike, leaving early tomorrow. Will provide update once complete.
