Drink plenty of liquid before doing this and hold it until you can't any longer. Go outside (nowhere extreme, can just be your yard) and strip completely naked. Jerk yourself to full hardness. Make sure you do not go soft during the duration of this dare. You will stick your legs in the air while lying on your back and piss onto your face and into your mouth, swallowing all of it. Afterwards, jerk yourself to finish, make sure to get it on your face and chest, and in your mouth if you like. Then you may crawl back inside.

(if it's too cold to do this outside, then do it in the most public place you are willing to do)

For me, could someone please make mine a bit more extreme?

You have to drink at least 1 liter of soda or iced tea, 2 if you can but not too quickly as to where its uncomfortable for your stomache. Then when you really have to pee stick a few ice cubes up your ass. Then go into your shower and lay on your back and piss all over your face and in your mouth swallowing it if you want to.
