We were down for an unknown duration today due to a server wide database issue. We are looking into the cause of this problem at the moment.
The server admin tells me that we went down 100% (not just the database) during a problem with a forceful server reboot. I don't know for sure how long we went down however it doesn't seem to have been very long.
