That comes from know what makes a sub tick. One sub might see being treated like a princess as a reward, another might look at having to edge themselves before finally cumming as reward.

Again...depends on the sub. These questions, while valid, are kind of all encompassing. It doesn't work like that. If you are serious about being in a D/S relationship, those on each side of the leash need to take the time to figure out what makes the other tick. Only then can you implement them.
