Been very lazy lately and have let the trash and dirty laundry in my room get out of hand. Now I'm in trouble

What will be my punishment that will make the cleanup process more uncomfortable?

Pile the laundry then go through and 'pre-wash' the most soiled section of each item using your tongue.

Get a large garbage bag and wear it like a pair of pants (cut two small holes in the bottom for your legs, and secure it to yourself using tape), be sure to collect all the garbage in your new garbage suit before taking it off.

If you haven't done it yet, you need to do a deep enema cleanse while your clothes are getting washed. Big enough to be uncomfortable, but small enough to be able to hold for an extended period. You may release once your clothes are done in the washing machine
