Make her write a secret admirer letter to the least popular person in school. Have her make a free e-mail box and see if he replies.

Come on, they are only 13! I can't believe some of you suggested them ANYTHING sexual or involving nudity.
Here are a few ideas
-make her try the cinnamon challenge
-make her go to the store, throw an orange away and shout "pikachu i choose you"

(sorry, this one is classic) then when nothing happens she has to pick up the orange and start inspecting it saying "what the heck is wrong with this thing?"
-make her wear overdid / messy make up and be in public for at least an hour acting like everything is normal
-everytime someone asks her something she has to say "do you want fries with that?"
-make her carry a banana with her all day, and every time someone talks to her she has to hand the banana over to the person and say "sure, here it is"
or for the same dare, make her walk up to random people (strangers would be the best) and give them the banana and say "here's the banana you asked for". If they say they didn't ask for a banana she has to convince them they did, and when they take the banana she has to scream/cry histerically (preferably sounding really fake, you don't want anyone to think you really are in trouble) and say "someone is trying to steal my banana" OR instead of screaming she walks up to other strangers and says confidentally "that guy/lady took my banana, watch out when around him/her"

For all the dares it'd be the best if she dressed really silly and weird

Be smart, don't get into trouble
