Let's try. M 20 EDIT: I see you are still active on this site, so here is your task: It has been a long time, so nothing to hard. Lets start with a 30 minutes run. (Stretch before and after, don't hurt you) You should at least reach 5 km, otherwise you will increase the number of repetitions below by 1 per 50 meters to short. After that, do 15 burpees, 20 squats, 30 sit ups and 20 push ups (You should be tiered after the run, so not that many reps).

Your workout is:
Wearing your sweat suit only, you need to do one of the following: A) Do 100 Sit-ups within half an hour B) Do 50 press-ups within half an hour C) Do 300 Jumping Jacks within half an hour If you fail, you half to re-try the exercise with a clothespeg attached to each nipple. However, you can double the time in which to complete it. Eg. half an hour to an hour

This thread looked cool so I figured I'd revive it. Run/walk a mile. It can be on a treadmil or outside, as long as you hit a mile. Make sure to stay hydrated though! Don't dilly dally though because for each minute you walked, you're going to hold your pee for 15 minutes.
