I have one similar to sm_limb the 2 attachments can be used together separately or one at a time and it also has the ability to be locked into the doggy position. Its not too noisy on lower speeds but once its slamming away on higher speeds it can get a little noisy

I own a "Willy Wanka" - It's fairly audible, and could easily move on the floor. Guess having smooth/laminate floors doesn't help.
If I use it, it works pretty well to just tie it to my ankles and/or having a rope attached to it I can pull/hold on to.

Edit: BTW, I also have a fleshlight adapter for it, that can be quite fun to use too; Although you're somewhat limited in positions you can take, due to how the machine is made/standing
