1. Hanging wedgie, a minute per line
2. Frontal wedgie for 30 minutes
3. 20 minute atomic wedgie with 5 spanks a line
4. Must free hang for hanging wedgie (ie no grabbing onto something or keeping tiptoes on something)
5. Legs and ankles must be bound in the hanging
6. Must drop into wedgie, no slowly lowering into it
7. Must be gagged and blindfolded in the hanging
8. Blinds/drapes open during all wedgies
9. Stool used to get up into hanging must be kicked away
