Yes and no. I tried many different chastity belts until I found one that fits very well. Since then I have hardly had any pain when wearing it. But there are always a few spots where the skin can pinch and then you have pain. The morning wood also hurts, especially the first few days when you wear it for a long time. Therefore, if you wear it for a long time, you have to use cream against irritation regularly.

The feeling is between horny and frustration, at least for me. The weight and the light pressure constantly remind you that you must not and cannot use your penis. Also the continuous touch makes you horny. Especially if you wear it under your clothes in public. Only in certain instances where it is the wrong size lack of proper care if wearing it long term. Other than those two reasons it's simply about frustration for me.

I've worn a few different models. There usually isn't any real pain, just some minor discomfort if I get aroused. But that's the whole point

With female anatomy it doesn't hurt. If you wear it for a longer period of time, it can leave pressure marks. And depending on the design and your possibility of having an orgasm, it is not really safe because you can reach underneath.

If I would buy me another one, I would try to find a safe one, with a big shield, and also i would go for a lock which doesn't stand out, because when you sleep und you lay on it, it might bend.
