If you have errands to do outside, prepare in advance:
- plug yourself
- pump once, edge, repeat (for a total of 3 times)
- dress yourself (find a way to pass the plug's bulb through your clothes, so that you can reach it under your coat, maybe through a pocket)

When outside doing your things, everytime someone talks to you, pump once. Everytime someone smiles at you, pump twice. Stay outside at least for 1 hour.
