Not sure what exactly you had in mind for doing this. I tied my nipple rings to a ceiling hook and pulled them as tight as i could. I was in the ballet heels, so standing perfectly still was not an option. As i kept adjusting, to keep my balance, i pulled even more on my nipples. More than a few caused a scream. When i released them after the 38 minutes, i collapsed to the floor. They will be tender for quite awhile.

I always forget you have access to more items then just. The ceiling hook and ballet shoes is great. Not sure if you have one if those devices that presses against your chest that you can slowly screw out to desired (or past) distance.

38 snaps to each nipple, not fun! Used a nice wide rubber band. After just a few they were really stinging. I had to take quick breaks every 8 or so to let the pain subside a little. By 25 it became difficult to pull the band all the way back knowing the pain that is coming.
