Hey GetDare

I first tried this out in 2020 and it received a HUGE response and I ended up being denied for 6 months and 12 days and having to complete

Jumping jacks - 1340
Push ups - 1320
crunches - 1280
run - 13 hours 35 mins
squats - 1400
bicep curls - 1500
sit ups - 1300
lunges - 1340

so I thought it would be time to try this out again and ask you lovely lot to deny me with exercise again!

each post can add two of the following

100 skips (with jump/skipping rope)
10 push ups
Stair climbing (up and down two flights of stairs)
20 wood chops (with dumbbells)
20 Russian twists (with dumbbells)
50 jump twists
20 squats
20 opposite arm and leg lifts (with dumbbells)

and of course in the spirit of get dare each post can also add one of the following:

10 minutes with pegs on my nipples
10 minutes with pegs on my pussy
20 spanks to my ass (each cheek)
10 spanks to my pussy

also in the spirit of get dare all exercises will be done naked with both a butt plug and a vibrating kegal in!

Rules:
This thread will be open until Saturday April 30th Midnight (UK time). I will then start on May 1st.
I will not be allowed an orgasm from May 1st until I finish ALL exercises and spanks/peg time. if I orgasm early everything will start again from 0
