Victoria loses.

The Loser needs to put on a diaper and roll a 6 sided die at the start and once an hour has passed. The die determines how much to drink:
1-2: 1 glass of water
3-4: 2 glasses of water
5-6: 3 glasses of water

The looser is stuck for 6h in their diaper.
If they have wet the diaper after the 6 hours then winner can give them a punishment but if they are dry after the 6 hours then they can give the winner a punishment.
