Pretty simple. You post a dare for the person above, and the person below you gives you a date. Just like every other dare. Example:

Person 1: (replying to this thread) Apply toothpaste to nipples, then tie a string between nipple clamps, hang it over a door, and attach it to nipples. Then, sit down. Stay there for 3 hours.

Person 2: (Person 1 does this dare) Sit on a chair reverse, so your crotch faces the back, and tie your clamps around the chair and attach them to your nipples. Go to sleep like this.

And so on.

Put binder clamps on your nipple (two on one nipple, one on top of the other). Wait 3 minutes. After this time remove one pair on your clamps and remove second without open.

I would like really extreme task. I have binder clamps, battery clamps(like in jumper cables) metal alligator clamps (with sharps)

Put the battery clamps on your nipples. If you have weights, add the weights. Do 5 Jumping Jacks (aka Star Jumps). Add 4 alligator clamps (2 to each nipple) without removing the battery clamps. Stand with your hands behind your head for 10 minutes. Do 5 more jumping jacks. After you remove all the clamps, squeeze and twist your nipples hard for 60 seconds.

You asked for extreme pain! I expect you to enjoy this now

Put your tightest clamps on your nipples. Then pm active (online) people asking for permission to remove them.

When one replies yes. Take them off. Rotate 90 degrees and out back on. Put toothpaste or icy hot on the clamps every time you take them off

You have to get 10 people to say yes. If they give you tasks for permission, you must do them (within limits)

After you get the last person to give you permission, pull the clamps
