I did a dare once in a parking garage. Very long ago.

It was near LAX.

In between the Sonesta LA Airport Hotel (backside) and the Sheraton (side) there is a multilevel parking lot. It is in between the two hotels and two glass office buildings. (If interested * location 33.946697,-118.389633) I don't know what it is like now, these are the correct current names of the hotels. But it wasn't way back when.

I once streaked the top floor of this parking lot.

There are stairs on two opposite corners of the lot. I was parked on the floor below the top. I stripped down and left my clothes in the car. I was totally nude, no shoes. I put the keys on the car tire in the wheel well so I had nothing with me. I streaked to one of the corner stairs. I went up the stairs and streaked across to top in full view of the both hotels and both offices. The offices are quite close so there is a very good view. I walked quickly to the opposite corner. There were several cars in the lot but not too many because of the time of day. I got to the other corner and went down the stairs and then back to my car. I got dressed and got out of there.

It was twilight, so the lights were on the top level and I was very visible. It was after work hours but perfect time for some late workers and plenty of hotel guests in their rooms. I could have easily been caught nude in the stairwell or heading back to my car. Luckily I wasn't.

I think if you didn't have a car there you could still do the same streak and then head out one of the stairwells at the bottom without any problems. There are lots of directions to leave without getting noticed. There are cameras around but none in the stairs and none directly showing the top of the parking lot. At least from the lot. Could be plenty of cameras on the surrounding buildings.

I drove away quickly so if there happened to be any security response that I would be way gone before they were rolling up. Plenty of other cars stirring on the lower levels to cover my escape. That meant plenty of folks around to see my streak. Seemed like it took forever to drive down all the levels to the bottom to exit at the booth.

It was very exciting. And dangerous. If you're ever in LA, you should give this one a try.

Yes many times . However the first time was a dare from my then girlfriend and wasnt so much a parking garage but more just a large carpark next to a main road with constant traffic on it and yes I got seen as quite a few motorists blew their horns passing .
