Here are some rules I gave to another user who also wanted some incentive to study:

1. You will sit with your legs shoulder width apart, exposing your bare pussy.

2. Every fifteen minutes you are allowed to reach down and edge (but no cumming!) in your chair.

3. Whenever you notice that you've gotten distracted you must kneel on the floor and slap your outstretched non-writing palm hard with a ruler five times.

4. Every time you earn a palm-slapping you must put one tally mark on a piece of paper.

5. When you're done studying, count the tally marks.
- 0-2 marks: You are allowed to cum
- 3-5 marks: This is how many days you must go without cumming
