Just completed the last 40 mule kicks per leg. One more tasks done! If all tasks were so close to finish.

I also completed another 5 minutes of stretching.

I watched 6 minutes porn yesterday, and the movie "The forgotten battle". And this morning just completed 20 side leg raises per leg.

And I did 20 side leg raises per leg, 2 minutes of stretching for splits, and 20 dog leg raises per leg so far today. Really have a hard time finding the strength and focus to work on my tasks more. But persistence is more important than intensity, right?

I can report another 60 seconds planch, counting for 40 seconds, as well as 20 side leg raises per leg. I still briefly stop at half the raises with the second leg.
And 6 minutes of stretching.

I also just put in my plug to collect some time on that task. Gonna be roleplaying online with friends plugged this evening.

And removed for 252 minutes total, 188 minutes counting.

So far I have managed to get 5 of my SHOWOFF A2M sessions in.

So I still 22 sessions, or 16 hours and 30 minutes left!

I was away a few days, so I haven't had time every day to try to get 1 or 2 of these in. I will hopefully make more headway on this by end of the weekend

I completed 20 side leg raises per leg and a 60 seconds planck. Getting better with the planck here as I noticed it wasn't as difficult to keep it up for the same time as before. Also 1 minute of split time before work required my attention.

The raw time was 139 hours locked so procrastinating on my tasks kept me caged a few more days than I "had" to. Not much to report beyond my last report.
