I just did that and made it for 24 minutes, although I lost my sense of time completely, my nipples were stretched and started really hurting after a while and I thought about just dropping the gag, but I pulled through, thank you!!

You don't say anything about your tits size, anyway try this: apply clothespins to your nipples and wrap your chest in plastic wrap (just a couple of loops, no more), then position a couple of your bullet vibrators (you speak plural of them, so I assume you've more than one) exactly on the clothespins and wrap them in more loops of plastic wrap (5-6 at least) trying to tighten it as much as you can, so that you squeeze your tits and the clothespins and vibrators dig in your flesh (if it's not tight enough you can tighten a belt over the plastic wrap).
