I noticed the meet a getDare user thread.

And I thought a tamer idea could be to talk/exchange dares or whatever over the phone.

Say, someone who likes to give dares, could text you a dare at any moment throughout the day to do.
Or you could send dares to each other.
It could be a task situation, or a competition even.
Now you could buy a Pay as you go SIM for a mobile, if you don't want to give out your regular number.

Obviously don't post it on here, and try and choose someone you've spoke to online for a while first. AND it would be best if you didn't do this if you are under 18.

Try and leave where you are in the world. I doubt anyone want elevated text rates for texting someone out of your country.

This does seem like a very intersting idea. This could work with a like betting game and then as soon as the result is known the punishment should be done. For example if betting on a football/soccer game the winner would text the loser and loser would have to do punishment straghit away,which chould get very embrassing quickly. Also would work if one person was a master for a day which would rotate or not depending on perfence. So they would text dares at any time and no arguement could be made of course this could be against some people's limts.I would be very intersted in doing this. I'am from the UK also if anyone would like to talk to me about this or get my number PM me. Finally I would just like to ask as anyone done this and exchanged numbers. If you have please could you write your experinces.

Perhaps this can be added if your not certain you can do this. If you recieve a txt dare and you consider it to risky you txt back 'no' and move on. The txter excepts this. BUT you have to msg here the dare and why you refused it. We decide if you made a good call or not. If we think you chickened out then you have to do the dare. If you really are scared then you can appeal to a moderator who can make the final call.

I've been watching this thead for a while and decided to post - a little bit of advice for those of us (you) who aren't about to spend money on something like this, or can't call others on behalf of, say, living in different countries;

Why not just use Skype? I've started a thread of skype usernames Right Here!

Pro - free, worldwide, and easily downloadable by googling "Download Skype"

Con - you'd need a headset for privacy... And to be at your computer.
But oh well
