Thank you everyone! I just completed all the tasks for the first week, pictures are online on wingman78 dot bdsmlr dot com.

201 deep throats with a random dildo, with 11 of those held for 15 seconds and two sets held for 10, 1 held for 16
15 spanks to each ass cheek with a leather paddle

The spanks weren't that bad; the deepthroats were. I had to take a couple of breaks between the sets, especially for those where I had to use the largest dildo, but I managed to make it through. I only had to re-do two of the held deepthroats

With that the counters reset for next week and I'll get started on the top option (pain - spanking thread) that you all voted for. And remember: if this thread gets up to 250 posts I'll do the #2 option too.
