Keep me plugged 26f
Just bought my first kegel balls and trying them out now. About to add my medium butt plug. Please keep my holes filled by adding time. Each post adds 10 minutes. I'll max out at 3 hours, when I plan to go to bed. I also have some tiger balm and clips for my nipples if told to use them
 Comment "pull" and I'll remove and reinsert the kegel balls and "10 from me" to add time, plus whatever other suggestions you may have for me.

10 more minutes from me but lets add 10 minutes of tiger balm on your clit as well. During this 10 minutes of tiger balm put the clips on your nipples. Then do 10 jumping jacks. After the 10 jumping jacks do a pull. After you have the balls reinserted turn the clothes pins a half turn then do 20 more jumping jacks. After those 20 do 1 more pull. after the balls are back in you may remove the clamps but no rubbing the nipples.
