Pee holding/bladder torture

Hi,

I am looking for pee holding/bladder torture dares for tomorrow(right now is half an hour after midnight, I'll be avaiable from 5 am to 1pm).
I have water, tea and coffee, female panties and thongs, my normal clothes, belt and household items.
In the morning I may have to go to the bakery, it's about 8min(one way) walk in normal pace. I'll need to put the washing out too(outside in the backyard).
Probably there will be one person at home so I don't have 100% privacy.

To summarize, I'm up for anthing like: exercises(e.g.sit ups, squats, jumping jacks etc.) and any tasks(e.g. masturbating, watching pissing porn, pushing on bladder etc.) which will make the holding difficult, a little crossdressing and very semi/hidden-public. And obviously what/how much to drink, for how long to hold.

I'm okay with wetting the underwear, minor wetting the shorts/pants however, I can't make to much mess in my house as I don't live alone but bathroom is okay(bathtube, shower). Anyway despite all of this I should be fine too if I actually get an accident.

PS. I prefer slow filling up, It makes harder to hold, while fast filling up just causes pain. I don't have super strong bladder tho.(I have 8 hours free so no need for fast filling up)
