I'm just kinda cursed with a relatively high amount of skin down there, combined with relatively tight balls. I got a Holy Trainer a while ago and I couldn't get my genitals through the base ring without a lot of effort and a lot of pain... And then getting the cage on afterward was absolutely impossible.

I got a package with the BON4M and the BON4ML in it, and was wearing the BON4ML today.

The way the ring closes on the BON4 is nice in principle but it's still a bit tricky to get right without getting skin pinched between pieces of metal.

But yeah, I still have some hopes that I can get it to fit comfortably if I find the right ring dimensions, and practice hopefully makes it easier to get the device installed... We'll see

LESSON LEARNED: I strongly suggest one try their keywords before committing to them. I had done similar tasks before, but the combination of being both gagged with panties and placing a clothes pin on my tongue at the same time was unexpected. The addition of the panties pressing on the pin increased the bite significantly. I had planned to do 2 or 3 reps at same time, but it was an effort just to get through 1 three-minute session with the pin biting so much. I just put on 20 clothing pegs on my ball sack for 20 minutes. There's not room for much more of them. I might try another time though.
