1. I'm usually a US 6 or 6.5 depending on the shoe

- For running I currently wear asics, they are blue with a small amount of orange/coral-type colour. I have pink asics for cross-training/weights, etc. I'm currently wearing an older pair of saucony runners for work, they are grey. Then for casual wear I'm a big fan of sanuk and have a black pair and a grey pair, then Birkenstock sandles (not sneakers at all but I wear them a lot)
