I want to play a game with blackmail - you fill in a form, I roll a dice to see who gets blackmailed.

Fill this in!

Once there's 10+ responses, I will pick someone at random, and that person will be blackmailed. I will still accept responses after the first person is picked, for multiple rounds.

Sounds great. Could also create a kik or skype group with all the users for group play
