Umm good question. I don't tend to watch SCARY movies because well... you know... they are spooky. Ones with jump scares are ok, but if you gave me one that would creep me out and make it hard to sleep maybe that would the the one with the best impact. Does that help answer?

That's indeed pointing in the right direction for me and somewhat counterintuitive. As Bunny decided to equip you with a diaper, I guessed the jump scares would be the most effective in being SCARY enough to make you use it... But I guess we are defining effective both a bit differently...

Nah. Those aren't one per. You can take it. Roll a 2D20 and decide if you'd like to add or subtract on the balloon day.
