Well what do the people who dont want to "scene" do. what about the people who just want to have general rp?

how come jones has been banned?. I actually like the scene room I dont mind stopping general chatter when a mod asks me to but in my opinion some people only backseat mod and asks us to go to lounge ebcause they dont like the subject and then arguments start. either way I wouldnt wnat to see scene get deleted hence im gonna try and be on my best behavior.

Great idea, but it wouldnt work well if you leave it to the members to follow the guideline. if it was wired into the code such that you could start a scene like you start a private chat then it would work very very well.

so you click *start scene* on someones info and it automatically creates a chatroom, visible to everyone else. then when you finish the scene the creator can click a button to close the scene and the chat simply vanishes. The code for it would take a little while to write but its a pretty effective way to stop the lounging in the scene room fiasco.

^ wait, isn't that how the scene room is supposed to work anyway? At least, that's how the Tord room works, more or less.

Well, seeing all of your opinions, imo, changing the scene room into a basic rp room seems like the best solution. Basic BDSM talk can be taken to The Dare Slave.

Of course, the better solution is to just dump the project C:

(Double posting, but I want this to be read)

I had an epiphany. If the problems arise because people who want to scene, are interfering with talk, and people who wanna talk are interfering with scenes, why dont you just color code your scenes.

Like, for normal talk, use black color, for Scene one, all participants must use red, for scene two, all participants must use blue... and etc.

This way, multiple scenes + chatter can commence simultaneously and without interfering with each other.

Of course, the other way is to just use the ignore function o-o

There is an explanation on the ban list about Jones. Lets just say he hasn't grown up (that is the last I will talk about here, any other questions, PM me). As for the rest of the post, we haven't decided to delete the scene just yet. However, going forward, there might need to be some changes enacted to make things smoother. This is just an experimental room (which is not working out to well right now).

ok... from the idea i hear so far this room should be ran like a game of dungons and dragons.

there is one storyteller, game master, scene master, he is in charge of the game/scene. its not back seat modding, its running a fanticy world where people will come and interact.

Mod: No, this is not how The Scene was run. There were two or more people involved, with at least one submissive and one dominant, and the scene starter or a person chosen (who is in the scene) would be the scene leader who has the right to allow or reject a person from a scene.

its been my experence that the GD chat clique takes resedence in whatever room is most popular and breaks down the chat into a general decussion about anything
