This was a dare I gave to Krystal but figured everyone else might get a kick out of it as well. Details or photos for a change would be nice.

TO THE ADMINS for clarification:

So a picture of the skirt is out of the question? I just said that photos would be nice, isn't part of the dare and it isn't required.

1) Wear a short pleated /fly-away/loose skirt.

2) In a public place (class room, cubicle at work, park w/ people around) remove your thong/g-string.

3) For the rest of the day, you are not allowed to cross your legs. If you sit down, you must sit with your legs at least 6 inches a part. Each time you sit down, at your choosing spread your legs wide open and then close them again. (You can do at different intervals but you must do this 3 times before you stand up to move to the next place).

4) Carry 4 loose items with you (cell phone, pens, keys, etc.) in your hands. If you should drop an item, you must bend at the waist to pick it up.

Original post is the same except for the part addressing the admins. I'm more of the mentality of "pics or it didn't happen." You gotta admit depp a lot of the stuff on here seems to be more fantasy than anything else. How do pics crap up the site . . . if anything they should enhance it. As long as it's legal and even with the whole people are under 18 . . . so no nudity fine, but even still compare it to what is shown on TV . . . if it's fine for the FCC why not?

I'm guessing because for one thing the site is international, what's the fcc? Secondly it is, i would assume, a damn site easier to have a blanket rule of no pics with people than to say no pics that could be considered offensive, the site is likely on dodgy enough ground in places as it is. You have to remember that the minum age for here is something like 13!

FCC = Federal Communication Commission is a US government organization.

Basically it's there to "protect" (censor) any forms of communication which are deemed inappropriate for the masses. (EG: Porn on regular tv, over the radio, etc). They also regulate some useful stuff (eg: making sure all electronics don't jam each other on a public level), etc. But my point here is definately for the earlier. Understood it's anywhere from 13+ . . . but we also do have a Rated R stories section . . . why not the same for dares?
