because they fuck with my state of mind too much - i’m a masochist so i don’t mind pain and i also have no issues with humiliation and that sort. so those sorts of things aren’t punishments to me. punishments are feeling shame about not properly completing a task and feeling like a failure. i’d rather just keep at it until i could properly complete what was expecte of me. i can handle consequences, but not being punished psychologically for something im unable to do/feel/say/etc. i also think that being that im in an offline relationship with my Dom (as in boyfriend/girlfriend) makes things like that have a more serious effect to take into account. even though you may not practice kink 24/7 doesn’t mean that those feelings and actions that occur during d/s will stay strictly in that realm of your relationship.. they bleed into eachother. i personally prefer to preserve the foundation of our relationship and let kink come second - even if people frown upon my way of d/s. it’s worked for me so far during that last three years!

i was a vegetarian for 6-7 years [i'm bad at keeping track] but i began eating meat again in december because it was negatively effecting my health ): i became deficient in too many vitamins + anemic and am still struggling to get back to normal levels.[

it does, but i don't recommend it to anyone without serious thought + discussions with your doctor. i felt fine for most of it until the last couple years but it depleted most of my bodies reserves of b12 + folate so it's not always the best option for everyone.
