I'm preparing for another fun visit with Satoshi for a few weeks next month and I'm on a mission to motivate myself to get into better shape before then. I'm creating some fun keywords that will aid in my workout journey throughout October 31st. I will also potentially accept custom workout tasks or keywords based upon if it's in my limits/available time. I plan attending a fitness class 2-3 times per week [likely pilates or spin] in addition to my key words.

KEYWORDS

SQUAT - and I will do 20 squats.

HEELS - and I will do 20 squats while wearing heels.

ABS - and I will do 20 reps of an ab exercise in my rotation.

ARMS - and I will do 20 reps of an arm exercise in my rotation.

LEGS - and I will do 20 reps of a leg exercise in my rotation.

CURL - and I will do 10 pelvic curls.

STEPS - and 500 steps will added to my daily total.

RIDE - and I will practice riding cock with a dildo of my choice.

TIGHT - and I will use my vibrating ben-wa balls for 10 minutes.

SERVE - and I will add a serving of fruit or vegetables to my day. (Max 4 in total per day.)

DRINK - and I will add 8 oz of water to my day. (Max 4 in total per day.)
