Start by plugging your ass, preferably with an actual plug but anything you have on hand is fine. Tightly tie your balls, and hang as much weight as you can handle from them. Keep the weight off the ground for 10 minutes, and really swing it around - if you aren't desperate to let the weight off by the end of the 10 minutes, keep it on for another 10 minutes before continuing. Once the weight is off, keep your balls tied. You'll hit your balls 20 times every 10 minutes for an hour. After the hour, you're done, and can untie your balls.

I used my 3 inch plug when I started this dare, its a nice snug fit and stays put well. Once I got it in and got my nuts tied up I hung 2 gallons from them. Its hard to keep them off the ground for long so I knew it would only guarantee a 10 minute session instead of 20. And surly enough I was dripping sweat by the time I doped them to the ground and took them off.

Nuts were already a bit discolored from the weight and very sensitive, so every punch was nice and agonizing. It was the wait between them that really bugged me though, them just there throbbing and aching but nothing I can do to quicken their release. Finally though I just untied them a bit ago and all the blood rushing to them have them throbbing horribly and feel like they are burning almost from it.
