As for mine, I find it very difficult to trance. I'm too analytical, too snarky. I've only ever been able to trance with one other file and I've been trying fo several years now. I tranced straight through the file twice on repeat before coming up and writing this report. I found myself connecting the dots and agreeing with what was being said to an incredible extent and can't wait to listen again!

So far the file hasn't really caught me yet. Over time I have noticed that I am only quite susceptible when I am really tired. Will soon try it when going to sleep.
If I am not too tired, I start thinking about the text and mocking it and such, thus rendering it useless.

So far it hasn't had a noticeable effect on me. I think its because I fall asleep (I listen in bed before I would normally go to sleep). Will try again some other time of day.

Yes, I think a file every month is probably what I'll do. Hypnosis takes a while to show effects normally and I want everyone to get the full experience that the file has to offer

Listened again last night and let it loop 4 or 5 times. I decided to force myself to edge because I think they'd like to see me prove myself and that I'm not an animal. I'm not proud to admit that, but we're reporting thoughts and changes and that's what's honestly going through my mind. I'm sitting behind a friend's wife right now and she's the bossy type. I've recently been feeling uncomfortable around her like she doesn't like me, but after the file I'm loving the bossiness, just being around her gets me excited that I might get to show her how good I am!
