Want to hear your input!
Sorry if this is in wrong catgory, but I wasn't sure where to put it.
Anyway, I am a female and as far as I remember I have hated my body. I have fat rolls and I am disgusted with myself, however I can't force myself to lose weight. So I got an idea - what if I gave the control of my meals and excerise to someone else? Punished for failing and rewarded for succeeding. Do you think that would be safe/smart? Also would there even be people willing to do this? |

I mean, that just sounds like a regular diet with some fun kinky flair thrown in. I’d say go for it! Just be sure it’s someone trustworthy enough. It would be a big commitment, but I wouldn’t see anything wrong with it if you’re up for letting someone else control a few parts of your life. I probably wouldn’t be able to, but eh, whatever you’d want to do.
That being said, it would be a pretty big job for whoever controls your meals and exercise, since nutritionists and dietitians and stuff already get paid a lot to do that. But hey, props to you for wanting to improve yourself!

I generally like the idea but I think it is better to go with a single person and not the whole community. Doing it for everybody might be way too many tasks and thus unachievable which would destroy any motivation of yours.
I am not sure how well the person can control the explicit meals etc because of the amount of work. It would be helpfull though to not allow something like sweets/ fast food etc.

I would also recommend that you don't straight up skip meals. That just messes with you metabolism and can make it harder to lose weight.
