If anyone fancies, Jasmine is looking for some home alone rules which she will need to follow.

When in you room alone, you must always be dressed in a full girl outfit.

When you are home alone, you must follow the same rule, but you must also do full makeup.

For one week in your room alone you must not use furniture. You can write or use a computer on a desk but you mustn't be on a chair or stool, only standing or kneeling.

When home alone, for one week, you must narrate aloud your activities as if it were a porn film for the visually impaired. Even if you are doing mundane things, describe them as if they were pure smut.

these work for me, i can say that for allready following these, it is difficult and also at times so embarrising.
