Not many. I use wooden spatula and metal ruler for spanking.

Edging is not feasible. It keeps me distracted so unable to study with that.

Fuck that's gonna be 50-60 minutes of corner time. Can I do it in breaks? I do 10-15 minutes of cornertime with a lot of difficulty. An hour of it is brutal..

Hey, I really like the idea of fixing your real life with BDSM techniques. I did something similar in the past already. In order to be successful it is important to not overdo the punishments. You should set yourself a goal and adjust the punishment such that you can realistically avoid being punished, if you try really hard to improve yourself. 12 hours screen time is quite a lot! I also suffer from phone addiction, to be honest, but this number is really incredible (in a bad way).

There are already quite some good ideas within this thread and I might also steal them for myself as inspiration. However, this is my idea for your punishment:

Lets assume your goal is to reach 8h of screen time. And lets assume you are medium comfortable of wearing a butt plug for 2 hours each day. Then the punishment is the following:

Every day check the screen time of your last day (in minutes). Divide this number by 6. This is the time how long you have to wear a butt plug. Preferably the next day, but if not possible you can do the plug time at another day. While wearing the plug, you cannot touch your phone! If your screen time is below 8h, the plug time for the next day is 0.

Feel free to adapt the numbers to your needs. Hopefully you will improve, and as you improve it is important to adjust the numbers again and make them even more strict, until you reach your final goal (of maybe 1h screen time?)

-> This way, when you have 12h screen time, you are plugged for 40 Minutes.
With 10h screen time it is 20 Minutes.
And with 9h screen time it is only 10 Minutes.
You will feel every additional hour quite quickly, but this might motivate you to squeeze out every minute of screen time you can avoid
