If you see a suggestion you like, you can try body writing first, to see if you like the wording and the position. Of course, you will have to get someone to write, since you can't reach back there.

My suggestion: Get "ANAL" tattoed just below your tail bone in small letters. Then get "WH" on the left butt-cheek close to the anus, "RE" on the right, so that when someone spreads your butt cheeks apart, it spells out "ANAL WHORE". With small letters, it would be practically invisible even in a bikini bottom. If you omit the "ANAL", it would be invisible even when you are naked, unless you spread your butt cheeks apart.
