You must wear some sort of bra (sports bra, doesn't have to have a wire) twice a week for 6+ hours at a time. If you take it off before 6 hours is up, that period of time doesn't count.
So it will be a minimum of 12 hours of wearing each week, but time spent sleeping doesn't count and there must be a 6 hour gap between time periods.
ie. Wake up at 6am and wear bra till 12pm, take bra off until 2pm next day and then wear till 8pm.
